DO YOU GUARANTEE YOUR WORK?
Yes, we stand behind the service we provide. Each service includes
a specified length of guarantee and if you should continue to
have problems after our initial service we will return at no
additional charge to rectify any remaining problem.
DO I HAVE TO SIGN A CONTRACT?
No, MasterTech does not require contracts. We recommend regular pest control service, however, all services can be cancelled at any time. All that is needed is a zero balance and a 30 day notice.
DO I NEED MONTHLY SERVICE?
Many residential customers do not require year-round monthly service. We
offer a seasonal residential package that guarantees our services
from early Spring until October 31. Due to low insect activity
in the winter months many residential customers find the seasonal
package takes care of their needs. If rodents become a problem
during those winter months, seasonal customers are offered a
special price for that service.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE MATERIALS USED ARE SAFE?
All materials used by MasterTech are approved by the Environmental
Protection Agency. MasterTech is licensed and well-trained in
pesticide handling and management. When pesticides are used correctly
and responsibly they have little to no impact on people, pets,
and plants. Copies of pesticide labels are available that include
the active ingredients and level of toxicity that can be discussed
with your doctor.
CAN I TAKE CARE OF PESTS MYSELF?
In some instances individuals can take care of pest problems
themselves. However, professional equipment and materials are
not available to the average person. Licensed professionals have
gone through training with the State Chemist Office at Purdue
University to educate themselves on proper application of materials.
They are trained to know the biology
and habits of insects to best handle the problem. If you do decide
to handle a problem yourself be sure to follow label directions
carefully.
WILL I STILL SEE PESTS AFTER SERVICE?
It is likely that you will still see a few pests for up to 2
weeks following service. Although the number will drop greatly
after the initial service. Information will be provided on what
to expect after service. We encourage customers to call us with
questions.
